Coconut Powder
Coconut powder is a powdered food made from fresh coconut meat after grinding and processing. The main raw materials come from high-quality coconuts in tropical areas such as Hainan and Southeast Asia. These coconuts grow in an environment with plenty of sunshine and rain, and are fresh and juicy, which provides a guarantee for the production of high-quality coconut powder.
Cranberry Extract
Cranberry extract is derived from the small red berries of the cranberry plant (Vaccinium macrocarpon), which is widely distributed in North America and is also grown in the Greater Khingan Range of my country. It is called Yageda or North Country Red Bean. Cranberry extract is rich in a variety of beneficial ingredients, including natural flavonoids, proanthocyanidins, anthocyanins, flavonols, phenolic acids, etc. Among them, proanthocyanidins are the main antibacterial ingredients in cranberries, especially the unique A-type proanthocyanidins, which can prevent the adhesion of pathogens to human cells.
Mulberry Powder
Mulberry powder is made from the ripe fruit of the perennial woody plant mulberry (Latin name: Morus alba L) of the Moraceae family. Mulberries are green when immature, gradually turning white and red, and purple or purple-black when mature. They taste sweet and sour and juicy. The processing process includes picking, cleaning, drying, grinding and other steps, and finally a fine and uniform purple powder is obtained.
Freeze Dried Lemon Powder
Freeze-dried lemon powder is a powdered food raw material made from fresh lemons through vacuum freeze-drying technology. Select fresh lemons of moderate maturity, wash them thoroughly, peel them (or keep the skin), remove the seeds, and cut them into thin slices or blocks to reduce impurities. Quickly freeze the lemon blocks/slices in a low temperature environment of -40℃ to -60℃ to form uniform ice crystals to avoid damage to the cell structure. Under vacuum conditions, the ice crystals are directly sublimated into water vapor and discharged by slowly heating, retaining the original nutrition and structure of the lemon. The dried lemon blocks have a crisp texture. Grind the dried lemon blocks into fine powder, sieve to remove coarse particles, and obtain a fine and uniform freeze-dried lemon powder, which is usually light yellow.
Freeze Dried Cranberry Powder
Freeze-dried cranberry powder is a powdered food ingredient made from fresh cranberries through vacuum freeze drying technology (FD technology). The water is sublimated in a low-temperature environment, which retains the nutrients, color and flavor of cranberries to the greatest extent. Fresh cranberries are washed and crushed (or the whole fruit is freeze-dried and crushed), and in a vacuum environment of -40℃ to -60℃, the water is directly sublimated from solid to gas, avoiding high temperature damage to nutrients. The finished product is a dark red powder with a fine texture and a water content of ≤5%
Freeze Dried Goji Powder
Freeze-dried wolfberry powder is a powdered food raw material made from fresh wolfberry through vacuum freeze-drying technology. This process can retain the nutritional components, color and active substances of wolfberry to the greatest extent. Compared with the traditional drying method, the nutritional loss rate of freeze-dried wolfberry powder is lower. Select fresh wolfberries with full grains and no pests and diseases, wash them with clean water, drain the water, remove impurities such as the fruit stalks, and crush them appropriately if necessary (such as freeze-drying the whole wolfberry and then crushing it, or directly freeze-drying the pulp) to improve the drying efficiency. Grind the dried wolfberry blocks/granules into fine powder, pass through a 60-mesh sieve, remove the coarse particles, and obtain freeze-dried wolfberry powder with a fine texture and bright red color, with a water content usually less than 5%.
Red Clover Extract
Red Clover Extract is derived from the flowers and leaves of Trifolium pratense, a flowering plant rich in bioactive compounds. This extract is widely used in dietary supplements, herbal remedies, and skincare products due to its high concentration of beneficial phytonutrients, including isoflavones, flavonoids, and polyphenols.
Gardenia Extract
Gardenia extract is made from the ripe fruit of Gardenia jasminoides, a plant of the Rubiaceae family, and is made into a water-soluble powder through heating reflux extraction, vacuum concentration, spray drying and other processes. Gardenia, also known as yellow gardenia and mountain gardenia, is mainly produced in China, Japan and other places. Its fruit is oval or oblong, and is yellow or orange-red when ripe.
Bamboo Leaf Extract
Bamboo leaf extract is a concentrated bioactive compound derived from the leaves of bamboo species (e.g., Phyllostachys nigra, Bambusa vulgaris) through advanced extraction methods (water/ethanol extraction, supercritical CO, etc.). It contains flavonoids (orientin, isoorientin), polyphenols, polysaccharides, amino acids, and trace minerals. The extract typically appears as a light-yellow to brown powder or liquid with a mild herbal aroma.
Anemarrhena Rhizome Extract
Anemarrhena Rhizome Extract is derived from the dried rhizome of Anemarrhena, a plant of the Liliaceae family, and is extracted by modern technology. The extraction process usually adopts the heating reflux extraction method, with water as the solvent, and after reduced pressure concentration and spray drying, a water-soluble powder is obtained, which retains the natural active ingredients of the medicinal material.
Papain
Papain is mainly extracted from the immature fruits, latex and stems of Carica papaya, among which the content of immature fruit latex is the highest. Through bioengineering technology, the latex is extracted from these parts, and then the crude products are made into coagulation, sedimentation, drying and other processes, which are widely used in food, medicine and daily chemical fields.
Bromelain
Bromelain is mainly extracted from the pulp, stem and juice of pineapple (Ananas comosus), and is separated from pineapple fruit or stem by pressing, centrifugation, freeze drying and other processes. The enzyme is present in high content in the stem of pineapple and also distributed in the pulp. It is a naturally occurring enzyme mixture. The core component of bromelain is thiol proteinase, which is a type of polypeptide enzyme with a molecular weight of about 33,000. It is a mixture containing a variety of enzyme systems with different composition and molecular weight. In addition to proteinase, it also contains auxiliary ingredients such as peroxidase, acid phosphatase, several protease inhibitors and organically bound calcium.
